The 23-year-old is holding the concert to honour and raise funds for victims of the Manchester attack following her gig on May 22.
Confirmed acts for the evening include: Take That, Robbie Williams, Niall Horan, Little Mix and Coldplay.
Stars will also be jetting over from the US with Justin Bieber, Usher, Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams and The Black Eyed Peas due to perform.
Marcus Mumford has also announced that he will be involved in the show.
Ariana will perform an emotional duet with The Black Eyed Peas of their 2003 hit Where Is The Love, according to The Sun.
And that won’t be Ariana’s only duet, Miley Cyrus has also confirmed she’ll be doing a duet with singer.
It has also been confirmed that Ariana will sing Be Alright while Pharrell is expected to perform Happy, according to The Mirror.
Take That are expected to say a few words when they open the show with Gary Barlow confirming that they will be doing three songs at the concert on Twitter earlier.
Robbie will follow his former bandmates and will do a rendition of Angels and a special version of Strong with the lyrics changed to reflect his love of Manchester.
Surely a Take That reunion with Robbie could also be on the cards?
At a recent concert in the city Robbie changed the lyrics to: ‘Manchester we’re strong, we’re strong, we’re strong,’ and he’s expected to do the same on Sunday.
